Auctus is in regulatory discussions with the DFSA (DIFC) and FSRA (ADGM) for authorisation to arrange deals and advise professional clients. Auctus is not yet authorised and nothing on this site is an offer or financial promotion. Execution, custody and client money will sit with an FCA-authorised UK broker.

The demand exists. The route does not.
Two deep markets with no regulated channel between them. Auctus is that channel.
The UK side
PISCES gives UK private companies an FCA-regulated way to run periodic share auctions.
Auctions typically raise £5–20m. The deeper and more international the buyer book, the better the clearing price — but demand is still mostly domestic.
The Gulf side
GCC family offices are long-term buyers of UK growth companies, and are largely absent from these auctions.
There is no onboarding route, no UK execution and custody arrangement, and no clarity on what eligibility requires. So the capital stays out.
